1Introduction and Definitions

999vip is an online gaming and betting platform providing entertainment services in Bangladesh. The following terms used in this document carry the meanings listed below:

• "User" or "Member" refers to any person registered on the platform.

2Eligibility and Account Registration

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited. Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is also prohibited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

Members must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure. 999vip reserves the right to verify a member's identity (KYC) and may hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

3Account Security

The member is responsible for keeping their account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is prohibited. Any unauthorized use of the account must be reported to the 999vip support team immediately.

• Keep your password strong and change it regularly.
• Avoid logging in from public devices or networks.
• Using another person's account or allowing others to use your own account is strictly prohibited.

The member shall be solely responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized use, unless it is proven that the security breach was entirely caused by 999vip.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

Deposits on 999vip can currently be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though identity verification may be required for larger amounts.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• If bonus wagering requirements have not been met, withdrawals may be held.
• In cases of fraud or suspicious transactions, 999vip reserves the right to suspend or cancel withdrawals.
• All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500. Or depositing ৳28,000 gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳48,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This means that before withdrawing winnings from a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Example: receiving a ৳1,500 bonus requires a total of ৳22,500 (1,500 × 15) in wagers before withdrawal.

5.3 Bonus Terms

• Each member may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• The specified time limit for claiming a bonus must be observed.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the terms.
• A bonus may only be usable on designated games — see the specific terms of each promotion.
• 999vip reserves the right to cancel a bonus if fraud is suspected.

6VIP Program

The 999vip VIP program has a total of five tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Through active play, members can gradually advance to higher VIP tiers. Cashback is credited to eligible members' accounts every Monday. Wagering requirements may also apply to VIP benefits — contact the support team for specific details. 999vip reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.

7Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 General Gaming Rules

All games and betting activities on 999vip are conducted fairly and transparently. Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is regularly tested by an external party. If a technical error is detected in a game result, the relevant round will be voided and the wagered amount will be refunded.

7.2 Sports Betting

Additional terms apply to betting on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and other tournaments), football, and other sports. The applicable odds at the time of placing a bet — whether before or during a match — will apply. If a match is postponed or cancelled for any reason, 999vip's decision shall be final.

7.3 Technical Issues

If a game or betting activity is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a technical problem on the platform, the result will be determined based on the data recorded on the 999vip server. 999vip will not be responsible for issues arising from a member's device or network.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999vip platform, and engaging in them will result in immediate account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Intentionally concealing identity or providing false information to take advantage of the bonus system.
• Attempting to influence game results by colluding with other members.
• Playing games or placing bets using automation software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other members.

9Responsible Gaming

999vip firmly believes in responsible gaming. Gaming is an entertainment activity — it is not a source of income. Members are always advised to play within their financial means.

• Set daily, weekly, or monthly spending limits for yourself.
• Never place excessive bets out of emotion or to chase losses.
• If you notice signs of gaming addiction, seek help immediately.
• If needed, you may request that your account be temporarily or permanently closed at your own discretion.

• Any loss caused by technical issues on the part of a third-party game provider.

In the event of any dispute, 999vip's decision shall be considered final; however, members may submit a complaint to the support team via live chat or email.

12Changes to Terms and Account Closure

12.1 Changes to Terms

999vip reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. A notice will be published on the platform before any changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms by the member.

12.2 Right to Close an Account

999vip may immediately close a member's account in any of the following situations:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification or KYC process.
• Evidence of fraud or deception being found.
• The member requests account closure themselves.

Eligibility to receive a balance refund upon account closure depends on the reason for closure. If closure is due to a breach of terms, the balance may be forfeited.

12.3 Closing Your Own Account

Any member may request closure of their own account at any time via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. The member will be given the opportunity to withdraw any outstanding balance before the account is closed, unless other terms apply.
